Joanne Woiteshek has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services. She joined OrganizAmerica in 1991 and sat as the President until 2021. She served as the Secretary/Treasury and Chief Compliance Officer of Interactive Financial Advisors (IFA) from 2003 through 2021. Joanne interest in motivating people to reach their goals led her to the financial service industry. She currently acts as a Managing Partner at IFA and is passionate about helping her clients succeed.

Joanne has developed several educational programs to help client’s understand their financial picture. Her efforts have included programs such as Women & Wealth, Ready, Set, Apply (college panning), Making Life Better Using the Personal Values Planning Process, Working With Millennials, and Kids & Money.

Olga Storojuc – an ambitious Ukrainian woman who journeyed to the US in 2013 after she graduated from Khmelnytskiy National University where she earned a Bachelors degree in International Studies. The credo of an International Studies major is ‘Making the World a Better Place’, so it was a natural fit to begin working with an organization whose motto is ‘Making Life Better For Everyone’.

Olga is a licensed investment and insurance professional who uses a defined process to gather and analyze information for the purpose of identifying problems and recommending solutions. Olga pays attention to the small details and thoroughly works with a client until the goal is achieved.
